Before starting “Warm up ” Is needed. So, Sun salutation –
1)Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose) – For flat tummy.
2) Vinyasa yoga or flow yoga – shrink your waist .
3) Utthanasana – For Glowing skin .
4) Wheel pose – For slim back
5) Utkatasana – Thighs and hips in shape
6) Tadasana- Increase your height.
7) Boat Pose ( Navasana) – For weight loss .
